Need Help With a Complex Form

hello,

 

i trying create form 20 options. each time user selects 1 of options multiple selection form want clubs cater keywords appear.

 

 

currently have single selection show in image. if selects country option see of clubs cater country music. however, if deselect country, , select hip hop, country clubs removed show/hide options, , hip hop clubs appear. country next image. hip hop image after.

 

 

the issue having, if go multiple selection, country choices doesn't leave, , blend hip hop. there way achieve this?

 

i wondering if there way create form without submit button.

yes, same way set show/hide fields single choice, can same multiple choices field.  let's have 3 choices in multiple choices field , there corresponding image each choice.  define show/hide rule each 1 of images, example, show image1 if multiple-choice 1, define show/hide rule image2, show image2 if multiple-choice 2 ... , on.

for web form, no. 

 

if creating pdf form (save pdf form..) can create pdf form without submit button.  can done selecting in design tab / file menu / save pdf form... , click on "don't collect responses" button.  please note skip logic available in web form.
