Do you use the "region of interest" feature in After Effects?


i'm doing investigation improvements , bugs regarding region of interest, , need simple "yes" or "no" answer:

 

do use region of interest feature?

 

please, feel free go more detail after "yes" or "no".

yes!

 

i use feature "crop tool" 100% of time: select roi , chose "crop region of interest". (that feature request originally, btw).

 

i never use preview small part of window.

 

i'd love see live readout (in comp window) of dimensions, not of corner coordinates. want crop specific size , don't want math. also, nice confine specific ratio; basic crop-tool functionality.

 

if want eliminate feature fine, replace proper crop tool if do.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
