CC for Teams Acrobat XI Pro asks for licence number
hi! please me, i'm getting desperate!
i have valid creative cloud teams account. still acrobat xi pro claims evaluation period over, , asks licence number. quite annoying! have tried advices here in forums:
- reinstalled acrobat.
- updated acrobat latest version.
- signed out other cc application, signed in again acrobat.
...but problem returns every time. way, cc installed on clean win 7 installation, there should no traces earlier versions of adobe software.
i have read many forum messages on subject, adobe should address problem immediately. not getting paying for, long applications in cc don't work.

there different procedures installation of acrobat under cc , not familiar them. several folks have been asking recently. best ask in cc forum.
