Why is "old" effect CC Snow not accessable in AE CC/CS6, yet it is in the plug-in folder?

hey everyone,

 

so, effects bundles cycorefx hd included in cs6 , cc. cannot access so-called "old" effects cc snow, altough effect in plug-in folder! understand, cc snowfall replacement effect said 'better' (whatever means), cc snow effect has important characteristics cc snowfalls not have.

 

is there way re-access cc snow effect?
