Just purchased Adobe XI pro, registered serial number but....


when try open adobe file request enter serial number again , there no choices xi pro purchased

as have purchased upgrade version of acrobat xi pro during installation prior version of acrobat pro (x or 9) installed on computer.  if don't have prior version installed asked enter serial number.  checked account couldn't see prior registrations of acrobat pro.  please confirm if have prior version or upgrade version perhaps purchased in error , require full version.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
