Thread: Reboot Ubuntu when php/mysql server stop


hello. using ubuntu 12.04 host 1 site on it. have problem. on 2-3 days site stop work, , lose internet connection server , can't reboot it. there way when detect wrong reboot it?

have ideas ping, not sure me.

what monitoring applications such nagios or icinga?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
