PSE 12 and PE 12 says loaded sucessfully - but will not run it says my "trial has expired" ?

i bought dvd amazon .

both products loaded properly. can not past welcome screen.  both apparently got registered properly. insists trial on buy copy!

obviously simple retail pack bought on dvd.

 

i have uninstalled , reinstalled 3 times - once going earlier restore point.  once pse opened.  when closed down , configured open not on welcome screen on editor, on shortcut wouldn't open welcome screen - , had reinstall it..

 

i can think somehow, when activated serial number thinks expired trial version - , yes on windows [saw posts claiming people got mac serial no's]

i have seen few forum posts - no way fix it.

 

i came realise photoshop great product - version 9 was. adobe has worst support infrastructure have ever seen .

 

i think deliberate ploy lose customer in labarynth of semi relevant online questions; dump @ end forum this, generosity of existing users you.

well smart way avoid hiring trained people proper support department.

 

so need ideas?

 

do think if return amazon , replacement work?

 

the irony bought version 12;  because old copy of pse , pe version 9 came bundled , preloaded sony vaio laptop.  there no way see serial number of these products once installed , sony unable give me 1 because factory installed!  yep 8 emails , 3 months later gave up.  mental note never buy preloaded software sony.

 

as felt vunerable because of this; eg program needed reloading; not without valid serial number. seeing special offer, thought time safetys sake put myself in position if had problem; @ least reinstall product. plus benefits of upgrade. 

so instead of improving position;  have ended up, unsupported, , no running application!  , no support adobe - pretty no way of resolving it.

 

unless kind person on forum know how done?

 

been night till 6.46 trying solve .

so if not post quick reply not because not interested - exhuasted - , fed up!

but tomorrow.

no, replacement not work. problem corrupt file on machine, explained in link gave on other thread.
