i keep receiving error when trying login in adobe id , password via bc login page . there green textbox appears have successful login not direct me bc interface page.
i've changed password once had no effect. i'm going open ticket , post findings if leads found.
have more 1 person trying login?
only 1 person @ time can logged in single login security , people seeing reason.
the other reason cookies, if clear cookies login info wil cleared , need login again.
