Adobe Media Core CS6 has stopped working

i'm running adobe creative suite cs6 on windows 7, dell t7600 64g ram. quicktime pro 7.74, date.

 

when try export sequence using quicktime export format, error, 'adobe media core cs6 has stopped working'

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
