Roundtrip from premiere to after effects and back

with way industry going, i'm trying turn away fcp 7  , make transition adobe products.  in  final cut lay audio track , voice on down on the  timeline.  take text solid point point b , do  cut on audio tracks @ , b of solid, send to  motion.  text solid converted .motion file and  ill thing in motion round trip final cut , it  worked perfectly.  guess same thing needs done after  effects , premiere. 

being use text solid in final cut pro reference , b,  would use in premiere?  reference , b point the  in , out, use text sold?  there type of layer solid  transfer on fine after affects , again just  final cut , motion would? 

i"m still trying work flow down right premiere and  after effects , kind of workflow advice appreciated.

premiere pro has solid color generator, "black video" gen, , can make shapes in titler. of these work cut point reference.

 

the "replace after effects comp" command similar how fcs sent content motion.

 

after 10 years fc professional, i've transitioned adobe products. miss few features, there many many more benefits encounter.
