Problem laptop battery - Windows 8

first, want thank people take time others on various issues, have real active community.

 

i contacting because less month, have problem computer toshiba pa3536u-1brs acquired ( 9 nov. 2013 ) .

 

this computer came version of windows 7 decided put

update , install 64 bit windows 8 professional. installation went smoothly

no problem.

 

however, after installation , see problem battery. in fact,

it not last more 6h, easy use , mode

the lowest management, namely power4gear battery saving . ( want set power efficient possible, example putting cpu usage maximum of 40%). said wife has same computer ( windows 7 ) , have 9 hours of battery, close 10h announced.

 

on utilities installed , took majority of utilities , drivers suitable for

windows 8, available on official website @ following address:

 

i updated bios , passed under 203 release.

i confess being little disappointed battery life low ... think comes windows 8.

 

that why ask whether encountered same problem or if had solutions , while avoiding board under windows 7 in first ...

lots of questions including battery original equipment? how old battery? but, think advantage

if question placed toshiba technical service or in 1 of toshiba forums.

 

your more immediate gains in direction guess rather trying find toshiba computer user  in premiere elements user user forum.
