the printer works, not scanner.


dad's switched ubuntu on main computer. printer active on network , connected main computer usb. none of computer recognize it, whether on network or usb.


computers run ubuntu: 12.04 32 bit. when open simple scan, says: "no scanners detected please check scanner connected , powered on."
