PSE 12 and PSE 10 installation


pse 12 install point, kept getting error pse 10 "welcome window" open.  wasn't.   when tried open pse 10, no luck. frozen. diffiulty in uninstalling pse 10.

 

all on win 8.1 laptop.

 

i want keep pse 10 on desktop , install pse 12, reluctant created many problems on laptop.

 

what did wrong?

uninstall pse 10 (and, if pse 12 installed, uninstall too).

 

then install pse 10 , pse 12.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
