When opening a new blank file - how do I make a "preset"?


i use photoshop elements 11. uses same sizes on files , wonder how can make "preset", can chose list?

i don't know whether photoshop elements looks this.  if not, might consider asking question here:

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
