I can't open or save a file if illustrator needs to open a new window to do so.

i need save file pdf when illustrator needs open new window (ie, when have select location file saved to) window opens split second before disappearing. same when trying open file or time illustrator needs open new window. window appears split second vanishes. i've tried, illustrator doing it. photoshop displays error: "could not complete request because of program error." when first try , open file first time , works ok. indesign working fine.

 

i've tried re-installing illustrator , photoshop, restarting computer issue still there. there else can myself or there chance issue computer?

i having problem.  issue appears both rmacbook pro 2012 imac.  frustrating.
