CC App doesn't work


i bought , downloaded cc app $9.99 , downloaded cc app.  no spinning "please wait" wheel in cc app apps supposed available.  i've been on hold on support phone line long time , started chat window 30 minutes ago no avail.  can either me work or tell me refund?

fizzlenet have tried quitting , reopening creative cloud desktop application?  has application ever loaded successfully?

(1) firstly, download , install gtkmm windows using wine. Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
