Presenter 9 Won't Publish

i did test publish few weeks ago when first bought software can not file publish.  using 2013 powerpoint , presenter 9. 

 

to isolate problem, have gotten down basics.  starting 2 page powerpoint includes 1 piece of text , 1 image.  blank background. have saved file in compatability mode, , tried changing file format pppx.  have changed presentation size standard.  have deleted unused text/property boxes. have changed slide manager "advance user" no avail.

 

i out of options.  suggestions.

try publishing without image, or save image different image type, , publish that.
