I paid the subscription fee yet Adobe is telling me to 'Subscribe now' when I go to convert a file.


how long take activate subscription?  i've tried re-booting adobe, computer, etc.

i tried verify subscription status in our database, not find email address.  seems did not complete subscription purchase process.  please verify credit card account if has been charged or not.

 

please check 3 emails sent adobe when subscirbed , let know order #.

using value from one form field in another form field

i hope can accurately describe problem. please bear me   i have worksheet lot of form fields. text boxes , few combo boxes. i'm using lot of custom calculation scripts determine information auto populates of fields. but i'm having problems 1 last form field named orthoplanid.   the value auto populates depends on 2 other fields. 1 field called medoop. other field suppdenplanid. tried using if/then/else statement orthoplanid it's not working. guessing doesn't work b/c value in medoop field generated if/then statement i'm not sure if script recognizes value true value or not.   is there way around this? i'm not sure if i've explained problem hope can   thanks, brandy it's hard without being able @ form, can begin confirming field calculation order correct (it's not same thing tab order) , checking see if errors reported in javascript console (ctrl+j).
