Brushes stopped working properly (CC)

so brushes working fine, closed project , started project , brushes not working anymore... brush pick try redraw background image... if there's no background brush draws nothing... tired could, reseting preferences files, reseting tools , everything. can do?

it sounds if might using graphcs tablet, pen reversed erazor end, can't imaging last through things have tried.   if tablet related, open wacom (?) preferences, , click on default button.

 

otherwise, none sure, upload screen grab of happening?
