runtime error R6025 when closing adobe captivate 6 or 7


everytime close captivate on system running win 8.1 (did previous version of windows, too), runtime error r6025 pure virtual function.  resolujtions error appreciated.

this because of corrupt preferences.

 

we try recreate preferences, delete customizations in workspace. not delete preferences folder can back.

 

in order recreate preferences, please following.

 

  • save project.
  • close captivate
  • windows 8: c:\users\[user name]\appdata (hidden folder)\local\adobe\adobe captivate 7 folder
  • rename captivate 7 folder anything.
  • launch captivate , test project.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
