Thread: Read Only File System

hello fellows,

1 of client running ubuntu 12 server edition on windows azure. configured lamp, vsftp, webmin , on client's request setup newrelic php extension too. second time whole server's file system change read only. solution worked me rebooting server. after reboot problem resolve automatically appear again after few days. server running under hyper-v virtualization microsoft windows azure.

and when tried connect using ftp got following error

status:	connecting xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21...  status:	connection established, waiting welcome message...  response:	500 oops: failed open xferlog log file:/var/log/vsftpd.log  error:	critical error  error:	could not connect server

help me resolve issue.
