My functions are not showing up on my screen

hi not sure how describe this, installed cs6 , functions not showing on live preview. have never seen before.

 

here file, have filled in hot pink. how shows in layer panel, bridge , in explorer.

 

 

here screen shot of see on screen. if closely, wrote "test" , shows in layer panel still nothing transparent background shows on live preview

 

please tell me how fix issue!!!
