Already installed Dreamweaver, but brings me back to installation screen whenever opened


i installed dreamweaver cs5 on new windows 8 laptop.  registered product & shows when log onto adobe.  however, whenever click open dreamweaver, installation screen pops & asks me serial number on again, if never installed @ all.

 

problem?  have compatability of windows 8 dreamweaver cs5?

 

i'd try can before end having buy newer version on dreamweaver.  help!

is 5.5 upgrade version?

 

you have issues wanting serial/activation numbers if install upgrade without first installing original (version 5 or lower) i've seen floating around forums on time.

 

might not case, it's worth checking into.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
