questionable design policies


i opened file adobe reader 11.0.4.63. why pop appear , should update adobe reader ? why popup present version 11.0.04? have credits in 2 engineering sciences. why release software contained security vulnerabilities? have recorded message future reference. 15 november 2013

um...you have these credits don't think have ever developed software. mean, application doesn't issue security updates? sopmetimes don't have vulnerabilities when released hackers find way around so...voila!...update needed.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
