hello! used once converter pdf word, i'm not succeding now. how work? can't find program in computer, when click icon nothing happens

are using exportpdf or adobe acrobat?

if subscriber exportpdf or pdf pack try below export pdf files word files:

 

using web ui:

1. log https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html adobe id , password
2. select “export pdf”
3. click “select files” button choose pdf file
4. select format list below
5. check on “recognized text in” if pdf file scanned images recognize image text
6. click “export” button
7. click “download” button in progress bar after completion of exporting download file computer.

 

using adobe reader:

1. launch adobe reader x or reader xi
2. select “tools” , click “sign in” link sign in adobe id , password
3. select “export pdf” click “select pdf file” link choose pdf file
4. select format “convert to” pull down menu(docx, doc,rft,xlsx)
5. click “convert”
6. click “download converted file” link download file computer after process completed.

 

download files:

all exported/converted files stored @ https://files.acrobat.com , can login adobe id , password.

or @ web ui can click “files” next “tools” @ top or click “view files” in file list of “export pdf” tool( or “convert pdf” or “combine files” tools pdf pack users) redirect above site(https://files.acrobat.com)
