Clipping Mask Shortcut not working? Undo sometimes bugs too.

so i'm trying clipping mask shortcut working photoshop cc on os x 10.9, when try use shortcut, nothing happens. tried deleting shortcut , remaking it, when remake it, doesn't recognize i'm pressing command option g, though can press these keys in system keyboard shortcuts , works, reason photoshop ignoring me pressing command , option @ same time?

 

also when press command option z undo ignores well, have manually undo change using mouse, works again.
