Cannot Change Billing information


words fail me.

 

i bought creative cloud in october, debit card used had 1 more month run, did yet have new card, used present one.

all fine, software uploaded, few glitches muse, did not seem realise signed up, thought, can wait, principle using photoshop , illustrator. develop teaching materials students @ university of arts in london.

my new card arrives, usual notice adobe change card details, do, few days before renewal date. make sure runs smoothly.

changing card details took time , selection of browsers, luckily have major ones on system, able new card details on adobe system.

i later checked barclay card, confirmed £1.00 had been deducted, assume sensible check on adobe’s part make sure card valid.

the system changed details old card details.

so consequently despite phone calls , many emails, nothing has been sorted out. here 1 of last emails have received.

i'm sorry delay, expecting answer different team , hence delay. there bug after our recent security update , hence old card information taken, regret inconvenience. please clear brower's cookies , chache , try updating information. or caon provide me convenient time , arrange call same.

i have done require, correct details showing on payment info, details using withdraw money old details. cannot re edit payment info (tried chrome, ie9,safari & firefox )

i have been emailing adobe last week, email, requesting  feel creative cloud has been email have received since last 1 above.

ironically have received corporate response data breach, letter: reflecting on think cannot customers has got different card details on account, checked on forums , there similar cases mine. not think have been singled out reason, suffering usual corporate ineptness. or perhaps way of making sure account not drained…?

i keeping students informed issues payments.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
