system: 64-bit os, windows 7

robohelp 10.0.1.292

ms word 2013

 

error messages when attempting generate pdf or print documentation:

(1)the version of microsoft® word using has known limitations documents contain large number of list items (~1500). avoid problem, please download latest office 2000 service release (sr-2 or later). more details, please see online help.

(2) supported version of microsoft not exist. please install microsoft 200 or newer.

 

comments adobe support:

 

"you getting error because feature of robohelp first launches microsoft word , generates .pdf, because of getting error."

[this implies in order pdf generated adobe product, microsoft word requirement.]

 

"i inform microsoft office 2013 not compatible robohelp 10 why getting message."

i'm not quite sure purpose in reporting this. word 2013 not compatible robohelp 10 known , covered on these forums.

 

any pdf creator needs can generate pdf, doc file, txt file, spreadsheet, image, anything. pdf purpose printer , printer has have sent it.

 

the error message old 1 , should read differently. (1) part should no longer there , (2) part needs update.

 

there workaround though. start process right clicking properties in printed documentation layout , generate.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
