when start computer screen showing "please install flash player hd continue"

 

is legitimate or malware?

there no "flash player hd" adobe. flash player play hd video if video embedded hd.

 

flash player activex (internet explorer)

flash player plug-in (all other browsers)

flash player (mac os x)

 

those "legitimate" installers.

in windows, go to: control panel>system , security>flash player (32bit)>advanced check version.

in mac os x, go to: system preferences>flash player>advanced.

 

the current version 11.9.900.152

if yours lower that, use appropriate link(s) above update.

if still see update notices, have malware producing them, such malware wouldn't work on mac.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
