Cannot update Ps CS6 app.
since september have been trying update app have no other problems other apps one. have followed protocol. changed password when prompted , updated account information. frustrated. seem difficult contact. appreciate answer sometime before have pay yearly membership in feb.
p.s. continually receiving error message discontinue membership if not update billing info. there nothing wrong info. changed infor see if help. doesn't. live in china , use vpn. have tried update both apps , billing info vpn , w/o vpn.

when launch photoshp see option license software, if yes click on , sign in adobe id activate subscription. please refer kb: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/membership-subscription-troubleshooting- creative-cloud.html , contact our chat support in case of further issues.
